LifeSong Retreat

We are finally getting things finalized for the retreat I shared with yall about a few months ago. My friend Sheila was at camp for a couple of weeks and we were able to work on dates, times, brochures, etc...

The date for the retreat will be November 6-8.

This is a retreat for women who have inner struggles. We would love to have you pass on information to those you know about the retreat to those you think would be interested or those that you believe would benefit from it. The retreat is being offered ladies starting at the age of 18 years of age and up. If you know of a young lady who is younger but you think the retreat would be good for them you will just need to have them call our office and visit with Mark Andrews. We will allow ladies under the age of 18 but due to liability reasons there are different things that would have to take place with them. They would have to bring a mother or an adult female mentor with them.

The retreat is for women with inner struggles (for example: self image problems, eating disorders, cutting, struggling with loss/death, etc...). This is a time of retreat and not treatment though we are going to have people there who are going to school for counseling or who have a counseling background. The retreat's going to be called LifeSong: Getting Out of the Pit.

If you have any questions or would like for a brochure to be mailed to you please email me at dena@cetacanyon.org. If you would like multiple brochures to help promote this retreat email me and when we have them made up I will make sure to get them to you. We need help with advertising and word of mouth will probably be our biggest way of publicity. We are targeting women's classes, singles, college age students, etc... If you know someone that would benefit from this retreat but you don't know if they will come alone. They are welcome to bring friends/mentors. We plan to start promoting it in August and try to have brochures ready for mid September.

I hope that you all are doing great and I would appreciate it if you would please keep this retreat in your prayers as the day approaches.
